When the cells in our body are healthy - so are we.

Put in a larger perspective, we see that we are in fact like cells in the body of the Earth, when we heal ourselves we automatically help create a healthy planet

Humans do like everything else have a place in the eco system and there is a way for us to live in symbioses with the earth in a peaceful and nurturing way .

Fruit trees create fruit that attracts and invites humans and other frugivores to enjoy its fruits, spread its seeds and have them naturally fertilized.
This is a powerful realization. When we realize that the Earth is, by design, taking care of our needs and that we can live in a way where we also take care of hers, we start living in a new way.
When we change our ideas about who we are and how we fit into a greater image, we change the way in which we co-exist and act in the world.
I have witnessed many people make profound changes in their lives as they embrace these new ideas about food and our natural lifestyle.

Fruit trees create great amounts of
oxygen, and their deep roots prevent erosion.

Fruit trees have the ability to supply large amounts of food in a small area. Once established, they require very little work and
the ground beneath them can be left undisturbed, creating a healthy environment for small animals, insects and micro-organisms.

Humans excessive meat and dairy consumption is one of the main reasons for many of todays major diseases as well as the poor health of our planet. Not only do cattle produce large amounts of CO2, but enormous areas of  rainforest
is being cut down to grow animal fodder. This leads to a massive decrease in the earths oxygen production and biodiversity. The large amounts of animal waste products and excrements also adds to the problem, these are typically toxic as the animals have lived in an unhealthy environment and fed an unnatural diet.

In the same way, the fishing industry is wrecking havoc to the Earths oceans. The fact that green algae and cyanobacteria in marine environments provide about 70% of the free oxygen produced on Earth is an indicator of just how precious the oceans are to our survival.

When we eat fresh, whole foods, life gets a lot simpler.

We no longer need ovens, microwaves, pots, pans, toasters, cans, plastic wrapping, containers or any of the innumerable gadgets found in todays kitchens. In fact, we no longer need a kitchen! Neither do we need factories to produce them.
We can buy/harvest our produce in bulk, using reusable cases. We no longer need factories that make processed foods which are harmful to both us and our environment.
All that is left after a meal of  fruit are the peals and seeds. The skins make great compost and the seeds make new trees
.

Once you start eating a clean diet, your body may initially go through a period of detoxification. The intensity and duration of this period is different for each person, depending on your previous history and current state of health. However, once your body is clean, your body´s byproducts will be as well.  You will be free of mucus, your sweat will be mild or scentless, your urine will be clear and your defecation will no longer have an unpleasant smell. It is no longer toxic to the environment, but does in fact make perfect compost.

Fruit demonstrates how we can eat and live as peaceful beings and treat the creatures with whom we share this Earth with reverence.

Once you have a direct experience and understanding of how to create true health,
you realize that medical drugs do not address the cause of disease. They do, at their best, mask up symptoms while causing further imbalance and harm to the body. Reduction in the use and manufacturing of medical drugs would have an immensely positive affect on health of the planet, especially its waters and seas.

What is more pleasurable to the taste buds and nourishing to the body than the juice of sweet fruits? The water content in fresh fruit averages about the same as in our own bodies. Fruit makes sure to keep us well hydrated with its high content of clean, living water. Enormous amounts of water is required everyday to produce various drinks, sodas, alcoholic beverages etc. Imagine what the discontinuation of this would mean for the environment. Plastic bottles and cans would no longer be required.

After you have lived on fruit for a while you will notice that your body becomes naturally hydrated and clean from the inside. You are likely to experience that you have no need for shampoo, deodorant, creams, lotions, even soap or toothpaste. Water is sufficient. You will notice that as your body is clean, you will shine with a glow that no make up or cosmetics can possibly replace. This will free your body from a great load of toxic chemicals and heavy metals, and do the same for the environment as these toxins no longer go out into our waters. The factories that produce them are no longer required.

How does Living on Fruit affect the Earth ?

'Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet. '

                                                                                               Albert Einstein

What about Transportation? Fruit can not grow throughout the year in all climates.  This leads us to question what climate we are truly designed to live and thrive in. The truth is we bring the tropics with us wherever we settle. We heat our homes and put on warm clothes. As we come into this world, naked and exposed, we are not equipped for cold winters. Yet there is a lot that can be done, even in cold and dry climates, once we start to be creative about how we design our greenhouses and living spaces , a great example of this is Earthships.

In Iceland they grow bananas in green houses using the natural heat from the earth.

The technology to utilize renewable, sustainable energy is available and showing us a new way. May we soon be able to travel, conduct transportation of neccessary goods and live everyday of our lives in a way that does not compromise the health of our Planet but rather â€‹allows it to heal and flourish.
