Hi, my name is Eli Reeve.

For the past 5 years I have been living a Fruitarian lifestyle, enjoying the most delicious and nutritious food that nature provides for us.

It has been an incredible experience of healing and reconnecting with myself on all levels.

Only a week later a friend came to visit and brought with her a book by

Dr Douglas Graham called 'The 80/10/10 Diet'. I read it cover to cover and immediately had the feeling I had been imagining, the sense of empowerment and being given back to myself. I was left with a strong impression of having read something I already knew, but which I had forgotten. The book promotes a simple, Fruit-based raw vegan lifestyle, the ideas that are presented in the book are logical, easy to comprehend and obvious once you understand them. It offers information that helped me and thousands of others tremendously to understand how to trust my own instincts and inner knowledge in regards to nutrition. I describe some of the basics of these ideas here.

I felt so inspired and ready for change that the next day I cleared out my whole kitchen and filled it with all the amazing fruits I could find. I was absolutely thrilled at the idea of living on fruit! I went into it whole heartedly and my excitement only grew as I started to reap the benefits.

I started to experience an incredible lightness in digestion only after a week and from there I have witnessed my body heal miraculously at its own perfect pace and here I am today, almost five years later, as excited and inspired by this lifestyle as ever! Not only has it given me my health back, but it has led me to experience a deep connectedness to myself and to nature and given me a sense of purpose. And best of all it lead me to find my soulmate, my husband who is a long term fruitarian and we are blessed to live a natural, self-sustained life together in the fruit-orchard of my dreams

I am incredibly grateful that I have had the inspiration and the inner drive to discover the beauty of this lifestyle, and in doing so I have discovered my self.  â€‹It is my gift to share it with you !

How can Living On Fruit change your life ? â€‹â€‹

                                       My journey

to health started as it was slipping away from me and for the first time in my life I started really listening to my body, wanting to understand what it was trying to tell me. I realized that I had been taking my health for granted, paying little attention to how I was treating my body. Now the alarm call was getting so loud that I finally decided it was time to start waking up.

Even though I was already Vegan, I was not eating anything close to healthy.

I was having severe difficulties with digestion and elimination no matter what foods I ate, which led to fatigue and depression.

I was ready for change and I started looking into the world of health for answers. Having explored numerous different treatments and approaches, I know what a confusing world it can be and how easy it is to feel lost within all the conflicting ideas that are circulating.

I started eating more and more simple, whole foods, cooking everything from scratch. I completely cut out all sugar from my diet for more than a year. I ate no processed foods at all and I started feeling better, but still far from getting the results I desired.

I was then excited to discover Raw Foods and started learning how to make all the new recipies, and even though a big part of it made great sense to me, spending half the day in the kitchen preparing my meals did not. All the raw, starchy vegetables, nuts and seeds were hard on my digestion and I did not experience the energy levels I had expected.

I was tired of relying on some exterior source in order to know how to heal my own body and so I started shifting my attention away from feeling sick and helpless. I started opening up to the idea that maybe there was a greater reason and purpose hidden in all of this. I chose to embrace what my body was expressing to me and at the same time I started imagining what it would feel like once this was all over, the relief of again feeling at home in my body.

What changes are you eager to make?

These are a few of the countless positive changes I have experienced:
